Designed with the same core features to interpret the resume, create a new or update an existing candidate, the Resume Extractor can process an unlimited number of resumes in a fraction of the time you would spend processing them manually. Features include:

Scans contact information, including name, street address, city, state, zip, phone numbers and email addresses. 
Scans for your industry specific keywords (optional). 
Various options for handling duplicate records. 
Insert custom values in up to three fields (useful for tagging Status, Source, etc...). 
Scan sub-folders with A/E initials to ensure tagging of candidate ownership (multi-user version only). 
Integration with Fleetware's Word Table system (if installed). 
Rescan existing candidate's resumes against your updated keyword list. 
Available for single users, multi-users, even as a one-time use option.
