Instructions for Downloading Your FleetwareASP Data


Description

Your Fleetware data backups are provided to you as a courtesy, should your Internet connection fail.  This provides a means for you to quickly access a local copy of your data, for viewing purposes only. We recommend performing this download once each week.

Performing Your Weekly Data Download

1.  Locate and double-click your desktop icon called Download My FleetwareASP Data.  The window shown below will open.
2.  Enter the password provided to you by your Fleetware Representative  (the password is case sensitive).
3.  Click the ‘Download'.  Your data will start to download to your computer.  Once complete, you will see a black extraction window.  Your data backup is complete once the black window disappears.
4.  You can use your Fleetware desktop icon to open up this local copy.
